TOSS TOGETHER	1 Avocado

1 c Grated carrot	1 c Carrot juice
1/4 c Grated beets	1 Clove garlic
1 c Fresh trimmed sweet peas	1 c Grated beets
1 c Chopped tomatoes	1 ts Rice syrup
1 c Chopped arugula	1 c Chopped cucumber
