Stewed Oxtail Ingredients

1 Oxtail Salt to taste
2 Clove nails 1 Juice of lemon
6 Peppercorns 1 lg Onion, sliced
1 ts Celery salt 1 tb Flour

Instructions for Stewed Oxtail

Put separate pieces of oxtail into a stew pan with sufficient cold water to cover. Bring to the boil, then add the clove nails, peppercorns, celery salt, salt and onions. Simmer for 4 hours. Thicken the liquid with the flour that is first mixed with a little cold water. Add the lemon juice. Serve with rice or potatoes.
