Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute. Now add the garlic, chilli and Quorn pieces and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the Quorn pieces have taken a light golden colour. Add the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.
