Stir-Fry Chicken with Pineapple Ingredients

500 g Chicken breast 5 Spring onions
1 Pineapple; ripe 1 ts Sugar
1 4 inch piece ginger 1 ts Pepper
2 Cloves garlic 2 tb Soya sauce
5 Stalks coriander 2 tb Fish sauce
1 Chilli 2 tb Oil

Instructions for Stir-Fry Chicken with Pineapple

Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Cut the chicken into slices across the grain. Slice the ginger and the chilli into match sticks. Chop the garlic and slice the spring onion. Heat the oil in a wok and add the ginger, garlic and chicken. Stir for 2 minutes and add the pineapple. Continue to stir for eight minutes adding the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper and chilli. Remove and garnish with spring onion and coriander. Converted by MC_Buster.
