Stir-Fry Turkey with Noodles Ingredients

250 g Egg noodles; (8oz) 150 g Pak choi; (Chinese cabbage)
2 tb Olive or sunflower oil ; spinach, chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped finely ; (5oz)
1 250 gram pac stir-fry turkey 200 g Bean sprouts; (7oz)
125 g Mange tout; (4oz) 2 tb Light soy sauce
1 Red pepper; de-seeded and 1 ts Chilli sauce
; sliced finely Salt and pepper

Instructions for Stir-Fry Turkey with Noodles

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until sizzling. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the mange tout, pepper and pak choi or spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the bean sprouts and soy and chilli sauces and toss together well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Drain the noodles and spoon into serving bowls. Arrange the stir fry on top and serve immediately. Converted by MC_Buster.
