Spicy Sausage And Cheese Pikelets Ingredients

3/4 c Flour ; pepperoni
1 pk MAGGI Tasty Cheese Sauce Mix TOPPING
1 ts Baking powder 3/4 c Cream cheese; approximately
1/8 ts Chilli powder 2 Roasted red peppers; skinned
1 Egg beaten To 3)
3/4 c Milk ; into strips
1 tb Finely chopped parsley Italian parsley leaves
1/2 c Finely chopped spicy

Instructions for Spicy Sausage And Cheese Pikelets

Sift the flour, sauce mix, baking powder and chilli powder into a bowl. Add the residue from the sifter. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Combine the egg, milk and parsley. Pour into the well and stir until the ingredients are combined. Stir in the sausage. Heat a lightly greased, heavy-based frying pan over a moderate heat. Place teaspoonsful of the mixture into the pan. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface and the underside is golden brown. Turn and cook until the second side is golden brown. Place on a rack to cool. When cold, spread with the cream cheese, then top with a strip of red pepper and a parsley leaf. Converted by MC_Buster. NOTES : Makes 48 Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
