Spicy Stir-Fry Orange Chicken Ingredients

2 tb Cornstarch 2 tb Olive oil
3 tb Soy sauce 4 Sliced chicken breasts
1/2 c Chicken stock 1/4 c Orange zest
1/3 c Orange juice 1 Minced garlic clove
2 ts Sugar 1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
2 ts Rice vinegar 1 Sliced red bell pepper
1 ts Sesame oil 1 c Snow peas

Instructions for Spicy Stir-Fry Orange Chicken

Directions: In a bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, chicken stock, orange juice, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Heat a large skillet or wok until very hot. Add the olive oil, then add the chicken. Cook for about one minute, tossing. Add the orange zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, bell pepper, and snow peas. Saut? for 3 minutes, stirring often.
