Suggest a better description1 Slice the tomatoes and gently toss in a bowl with the sugar and pepper. 2 In a separate bowl, mix together the red onion, chilli, lemon juice and grated ginger. 3 Leave to stand for 15 minutes, then stir the two mixtures together. 4 Add the soy sauce, coriander and salad onions, and stir in half of the extra virgin olive oil. 5 Cut the baked ciabatta bread into 12 slices, and toast. Arrange three slices of toast on each plate, drizzle the remaining olive oil on top and spoon on the salad. You can buy the ingredients for these recipes in your local M&S.
