Squash Salsa Ingredients

1 sm Zucchini; (peeled) 1/2 sm Red onion
1 sm Yellow squash; (peeled) 1 tb Finely chopped marjoram
1 Carrot; (peeled) 4 ts Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tomatillos 1 tb Unseasoned rice vinegar
1 md Tomato 1 tb Sugar
1 Clove garlic 1 Salt to taste
3 Serrano chiles

Instructions for Squash Salsa
