Steak And Vegetables Ingredients

4 tb Vegetable oil 2 Carrots
2 ts Ground ginger 2 Pieces fresh ginger
2 tb Soy sauce 1 Green pepper
Freshly ground black pepper 2 Cloves garlic
1/2 lb Sirloin steak 1/2 c Water

Instructions for Steak And Vegetables

Mix together vegetable oil, ginger, soy sauce & pepper in mixing bowl. Add steak strips to bowl. Toss well. Let marinate. Lay 4 attached sheets of good quality paper towels on counter. Divide them into 2 pieces so each one has 2 connecting sheets. Divide carrots & peppers between the 2 sets of paper towels. Lay vegetables directly on perforations. Lift meat from marinade & divide equally, placing on top of vegetables. Sprinkle ginger & garlic evenly over each. Fold paper towels over food. Fold ends over to make enclosed packets. Put both packets, perforated sides up on microwave safe plate or tray. Sprinkle some water over ea. Microwave on high about 6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve Immediately.
