Spicy Hash Browns Ingredients

2 tb Olive Oil	1/4 ts Ground Red Pepper
1 ts Paprika	1/8 ts Black Pepper
3/4 ts Chili Powder	6 1/2 c Baking Potatoes; Diced
1/2 ts Salt	Vegetable Cooking Spray

Instructions for Spicy Hash Browns

Preheat oven to 400? Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add potatoes; stir well to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
