Smoked Chicken Ingredients

1 Chicken	4 Nice cloves of garlic
1 cn Beer	1 ts Salt
1 sm Boiling onion

Instructions for Smoked Chicken

Clean chicken. Dice jalapenos, onion and garlic. Drink half of the beer. It may take a couple tries to get it right. Success has some failures. Keep trying. Place diced jalapenos, onion, garlic and salt in beer can with the half your were suppose to leave. Place can in body cavity of chicken and smoke standing up.
