1 c GRATED SWISS CHEESE	1 1/4 ts SALT
2 GREEN ONIONS & TOPS, SLICED	1/8 ts WHITE PEPPER
4 EGGS, BEATEN	4 oz FRESH MUSHROOMS (OPTIONAL)

Instructions for Savory Breakfast Dish, Bacon, Eggs And Cheese

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CHEESE, EGGS, BACON (CUT IN 1" PIECES), ONIONS, CREAM, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD MUSHROOMS IF DESIRED. POUR INTO LIGHTLY BUTTERED 8" SQUARE DISH. BAKE.
