Sea Caesar Salad Ingredients

1 Head Romaine lettuce; 2 ts Umeboshi pickled plum paste
; chilled, (tough 3 tb Balsamic vinegar
; outer leaves, 3 tb Lemon juice
; removed) 1 tb Light miso
DRESSING1/4 lb Silken tofu
1 tb Minced garlic 1/3 c Canola oil
2 ts Dijon mustard 2/3 c Extravirgin olive oil

Instructions for Sea Caesar Salad

Combine all the ingredients except for the oils and blend until creamy slowly add the oil and blend until fully emulsified. Toss Romaine with dressing to taste and garnish with sourdough croutons, dulse powder and nori strips. S: 4 servings Converted by MC_Buster.
