Suggest a better description1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic, mushrooms and green pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add the cod and prawns, cook for 3-4 minutes then stir in the natural yogurt, herbs, lemon juice and seasoning. Cook for a further 2 minutes. 3. Transfer to a warmed ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and cheese. 4. Place under a preheated moderate grill for 2-3 minutes, until crisp and golden. Garnish with the parsley and serve immediately. NOTES : A traditional French seafood au gratin with a light sauce.
