Instructions for Salsa Dressing (European-Style)

http://www.mitchell.demon.nl/ Mix together the onions, green peppers, chiles, and garlic. Add the oil and juice of 1 lime. Add the tomatoes and stir well to slightly break down the tomato flesh. Adjust the seasoning with a good pinch of salt. The salsa should have a good balance of flavours. More lime juice may be needed to lift the other tastes. The salsa can be kept in the fridge for a few days. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by "Rfm" on Aug 09, 98, converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
