Sauce Ros?e - Tomato Cheese Sauce Ingredients
4 tb
Butter
1 1/2 tb
Flour
2 Cloves
garlic
, minced
1 1/2 c Hot
milk
1 cn (14 oz) of crushed
tomato
es
1 ts
Nutmeg
1 ts
Basil
1/4 c
Parmesan
cheese (fresh)
Salt & fresh
ground pepper
Instructions for Sauce Ros?e - Tomato Cheese Sauce
Melt 2 tbsp butter and saut? garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer while preparing rest of dish. Melt remaining 2 tbsp of butter and stir in flour. Cook, stirring until thickened.
