Rump Steak with Red Wine And Shallots Ingredients

1 250 g rump steak 100 ml Red wine
Oil and butter to fry 100 ml Veal stock
4 Finely sliced shallots Knob of butter

Instructions for Rump Steak with Red Wine And Shallots

Season steak and fry fiercely in the butter and oil. Remove and keep warm. Cook the shallots in the pan and then add the wine and reduce.
