Sabra Salad (Prickly Pear Salad) Ingredients

10 Dates; chopped

Walnut
oil

Red bell pepper
; seeded, cut
1/2 ts Ground
cardamom
; strips
3 Prickly
pear

2 tb Kirsch*
2 Gala
apple
s; cored & cut
Instructions for Sabra Salad (Prickly Pear Salad)
In a large bowl, whisk together orange and lemon juices, walnut oil, and cardamom. Peel the prickly pears, removing the roots and horns. Slice and add to bowl. Add apples, dates, and red pepper. Sprinkle with kirsch and toss well. By "Karen C. Greenlee"
