Sag Paneer (Cheese Cooked with Spinach) Ingredients

Indian cheese; cubed Onions; finely chopped
Tinned spinach 2 ts Mixed curry powder
Fresh tomatoes; cubed 1 ts Garam masala
Coriander; finely chopped 2 ts Tomato puree
Vegetable oil or butter 1 ts Salt
Garlic and ginger

Instructions for Sag Paneer (Cheese Cooked with Spinach)

Heat the oil or butter in a pan then add the garlic and ginger and cook until brown. Add the onions and cook until brown. Add the curry powder, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until all the spices are thoroughly blended. Add the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
