Salad of Baby Spinach, Crab, Tomato And Creme Fraiche Ingredients

120 g Baby spinach; (4oz) 60 g Creme fraiche; (2oz)
120 g White crab meat; (4oz) 1 tb Chives; chopped
3 Plum tomatoes Salt and pepper
2 Lemons; Juice of

Instructions for Salad of Baby Spinach, Crab, Tomato And Creme Fraiche

Pick crab of all the white meat. Wash the baby spinach well. Remove skin and seeds from the tomatoes and coarsley chop. Mix the lemon juice into the creme fraiche.
