Salmon And Cod Filo Parcels Ingredients
1/2 lb Fresh
Salmon
; diced
1 lg Hand fresh
basil
; chopped
1/2 lb Fresh
Cod
; diced
1 Pinches tumeric
10 Sheets filo pastry
1 Pinches
curry
powder
3 tb
Olive oil
Half a
lemon
; juice of
Salt and
pepper
to taste
Instructions for Salmon And Cod Filo Parcels
1 Combine all the ingredients with the diced fish. Divide the mixture between the sheets of pastry. 2 Fold each filo sheet in half diagonally and then into quarters to form a samosa shaped parcel.
