Roast Vegetable Pizza Ingredients

1 Carrot; cut into large 1 Stick celery; cut into 2cm

2 Green chilli; deseeded and 1 tb Sundried tomato paste
; into rings 75 g Pecorino romano cheese;

Instructions for Roast Vegetable Pizza

Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 1 hour. Spread the pizza base with the sundried tomato paste. Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza base. Remove the skin from the tomato and garlic and arrange with the roasted vegetables on top of the pizza. Return to the oven for approximately 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Converted by MC_Buster.
