Roasted Corn Salsa Ingredients

1 tb Olive oil 1 tb Lemon juice
2 Ears corn - kernels cut from 1 tb Orange juice
1 tb Jalepeno - minced 1 tb Lime juice
2 tb Cilantro - chopped 1 ts Soy sauce
1 c Roma tomatoes -seeded; diced Salt and pepper
1/2 c Red bell pepper - diced

Instructions for Roasted Corn Salsa

Directions: Place the oil in a large saut? pan and heat until hot. Add the corn and toss constantly until roasted, about five minutes. In a large bowl, combine roasted corn with all other ingredients. Serve at room temperature with the shrimp. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
