Roasted Curried Sweet Potatoes (Radisson) Ingredients

5 lb Whole sweet potatoes	2 c Sliced apples
2 tb Curry powder	1/4 c Raisins
1 c Brown sugar	1/4 c Melted butter

Instructions for Roasted Curried Sweet Potatoes (Radisson)
