Roasted Fish Fillets Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Salmon fillets 1/2 ts Coarsely ground black pepper
3 tb Balsamic vinegar 3 tb Finely chopped mint or

Instructions for Roasted Fish Fillets

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Season fish with vinegar and pepper. Roast 5 to 7 minutes or 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Fish is done when it is opaque and flakes when tested with a fork.
