Suggest a better descriptionCut the vegetables into bite-size pieces. Saute the vegetables in oil until almost caramelized. Place in roasting pan and roast for about one hour at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and deglaze the pan with wine and soy sauce. Comments: Rutabaga is another superb root vegetable to use in this recipe. Any root vegetable can be substituted in this recipe.
