TRIM ANY EXCESS FAT AND MEMBRANE FROM RIBS. TO ENSURE TENDER RIBS, FOLD THEM TO FIT INTO A LARGE SAUCEPAN. FILL PAN WITH ENOUGH WATER TO COVER RIBS COMPLETELY AND BRING TO A BOIL.
