Ingredients

VEGETABLE ROLL

  • Wood ear mushrooms ?
  • Cellophane noodles ? soaked;
  • ; cut into 1/2- inch
  • ; strips
  • Thai basil and cilantro and
  • Bean sprouts
  • Boston lettuce ? shredded
  • Pickled radishes and burdock

NOUC CHAM

  • 1/4 c Nouc mam
  • 1/4 c Rice vinegar or 2
  • 1 sm Chili
  • 2 sm Crushed garlic cloves
  • Fresh lime leaf and cilantro
  • 1 tb Fresh ginger
  • Shredded daikon or carrot

FRIED SPRING ROLL

TARO FILLING

  • 1 lb Taro puree ? steamed

TUNA ROLL


Preparation
