Rice-Raisin Pudding Ingredients
1 1/2 c Cooked
rice
1/2 c
Brown sugar
1 c Chopped
apple
s

Eggs
; beaten
3/4 c
Skim
milk
1 ts
Vanilla
1/2 c
Raisins
Instructions for Rice-Raisin Pudding
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour or until firm and golden brown. Serves 6. Per serving: 219 cal, 2g fat, 45mg sodium. Recipe by: Prevention Magazine, February 1999, page 124 Posted to EAT-LF Digest by Kathleen
