Quick And Easy Spam And Spinach Mini Quiches Ingredients

1 cn Spam Lite luncheon meat -	1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
8 Eggs; slightly beaten	1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pk Frozen chopped spinach - (5	1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 c Minced onion	1/8 ts Freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 c Milk	3 pk Refrigerated buttermilk

Instructions for Quick And Easy Spam And Spinach Mini Quiches

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine Spam, eggs, spinach, onion, milk, cheese, nutmeg, and pepper. Place biscuits into greased muffin cups, pressing gently to fit cups. Spoon filling into each cup. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and egg mixture is set. Serve warm. This recipe yields 30 quiches.
