Rainbow Slaw Ingredients
1/2 sm Head green
cabbage
1/4 c Apple
cider vinegar
1/2 sm Head red
cabbage
1/2 c Plain
yogurt
2 lg
Carrot
s
1/2 c
Mayonnaise
2 Tart
apple
s
2 ts
Celery
seeds
2 tb Dried
chives
Salt and black
pepper
Instructions for Rainbow Slaw
Mix together green and red cabbage, carrots, apples and chives. Toss well. In another bowl mix together vinegar, yogurt, mayonnaise, celery seeds, salt and black pepper. Stir to mix well. Add dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss together well. Adjust seasoning. Chill until ready to eat. Approximately 5-8 minutes. Per serving (excluding unknown items): 1160 Calories; 100g Fat (71% calories from fat); 13g Protein; 77g Carbohydrate; 53mg Cholesterol; 775mg Sodium By Patty
