Ingredients
- 2 lg Carrots; grated coarse
- ; (about 2 cups)
- 2 tb Finely chopped small white
- 1/2 ts Freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Fresh lemon juice
Preparation
