Pumpkin Crunch Ingredients

1 cn Pumpkin; (1 lb. 13 oz.) can 1/4 ts Cloves
13 oz Evaporated milk 1 c Sugar
3 Eggs; slightly beaten 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1 pk Yellow cake mix
1/2 ts Nutmeg 1 c Pecans; choppedc
1/4 ts Ginger 3/4 c Margarine

Instructions for Pumpkin Crunch

Blend together all put last 3 ingredients and beat well. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 in. pan. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix and 1 cup of chopped nuts over the top of the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle melted margarine over everything. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

This was just outstanding for thanksgiving. It was a big hit with my husband. He said it was a keeper. I did use splenda in place of the sugar. It is very good with cool whip. I made this for some of my neighbors and they said it was great. I will make this again.

Splurge on this recipe and go with butterinstead of margarine .... and be sure to top with whipped cream!!!!
