Poppyseed Fruit Salad Ingredients

1/2 Canteloupe 2 tb Poppy seeds
1 Sweet pineapple 2 tb Seseme seeds
300 g Seedless green grapes 3 tb Beehive Co honey*
300 g Seedless purple grapes 1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 Punnet of blueberries 2 tb Sour cream
1 Punnet of strawberries 5 tb Orange juice
1 Mango 2 Limes; juice of

Instructions for Poppyseed Fruit Salad

Peel and cut the cantelope, pineapple and mango into large chunks. Wash berries and grapes and add to the fruit bowl. Mix all the dressing ingredients together until smooth then toss with the fruit.
