Pineapple Chutney Ingredients

2 20 ounce pineapple tidbits; 2 ts Mustard seed
4 c Onion; diced 2 ts Ground turmeric
3 c Packed brown sugar 4 ts Grated orange peel
2 c Golden raisins 2 ts Grated lemon peel
2 c Vinegar 2 md Yellow banana peppers;
2 ts Salt ; optional

Instructions for Pineapple Chutney

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until chutney reaches desired thickness. Refrigerate.
