Pennsylvania-Dutch Scrapple Ingredients

2 c Ground pork 1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Ground beef 1 1/2 ts Sage
3 c Meat broth 1 Single cayenne pepper to
2 ts Salt 1 c Cornmeal

Instructions for Pennsylvania-Dutch Scrapple

Combine pork, beef, and broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add seasonings. Stir cornmeal into meat mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for 30 minutes. Pour into loaf pan, chill until firm.
