Pasta with Bacon, Eggs And Cream Ingredients

200 g Spaghett; broken into 3 or 4 1 Egg yolk and 1 whole egg;
; lengths 2 tb Cream
6 sl Prosciutto; cut into small 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
; strips Salt and freshly ground
1 tb Olive oil; up to 2

Instructions for Pasta with Bacon, Eggs And Cream

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and while that is cooking quickly fry the prosciutto to just heat through. Mix the eggs and add the cream and the pamesan, very little salt and plenty of pepper. Mix the hot drained pasta with the prosciutto and oil then add the egg, cream and parmesan mixture.
