Paul Kirk Kansas City Ribs Bbq Sauce Ingredients
1/3 c Dark
brown sugar
; packed
1/2 ts Ground
ginger
1/4 c
White vinegar
; more to taste
1/4 ts Ground
allspice
2 tb
Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts
Cayenne
1 tb Prepared yellow
mustard
1/8 ts Ground
mace
1 tb
Chili powder
2 tb
Honey
1 1/2 ts Freshly ground black
pepper
2 c
Tomato
ketchup
Instructions for Paul Kirk Kansas City Ribs Bbq Sauce
In a large saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients. Heat over medium, stirring well to mix and dissolve the spices. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce, uncovered, for 30 min., stirring occasionally.
