Paul Merretts Exotic Fruit Salad Ingredients

1 1 inch piece stem ginger Kiwano
4 tb Sugar Prickly pear
4 tb Water Rambutan
1 tb Chopped lemongrass Dragon fruit
1 pt Water Pitahaya
PREPARED EXOTIC FRUITS Tamarillo
Mangosteen

Instructions for Paul Merretts Exotic Fruit Salad

1 For the Syrup: Slowly soften the stem ginger in the water and sugar. Add the lemongrass and water. Cook for about 1/2 hour, remove and chill. 2 Finally, prepare the salad fruits and lay sliced in a bowl. Pour over the chilled syrup. Converted by MC_Buster.
