Pan-Roast Sweet Potatoes - South Africa Ingredients

6 oz Sweet potatoes per person ; potatoes)
2 ts Olive oil 3 ts Acacia honey
1/2 l Water; (for blanching sweet 1 ts Clementine zest

Instructions for Pan-Roast Sweet Potatoes - South Africa

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large dice. Drop into boiling water and allow to cook until still firm. Remove from the water and refresh. Place the sweet potato on a baking tray with honey drizzled on top. Allow to roast in a moderate to high oven (275C) until brown. Serve with a sprinkling of clementine zest. Converted by MC_Buster.
