24 oz Ore-Ida Potatoes Obrien	2 tb Bacon fat or grease
(one bag)	1 md Onion, chopped
1 cn Corned beef, chopped

Instructions for Oleys Simple Corned Beef Hash

Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet. Add the potatoes and onion. When slightly browned, add the corned beef. Continue cooking, covered, until golden brown. As simple as this is to prepare, it is absolutely delicious.
