Whoopie Pies Ingredients

1/2 c Shortening	1/2 ts Baking Powder
1 c Sugar	1 1/2 ts Baking Soda
1 Egg	Filling-----
1 c Milk	1/2 c Shortening
1 ts Vanilla	1 c Powdered Sugar
2 c Flour	1 c Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 ts Salt	1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Cocoa Powder	Few Drops Of Milk

Instructions for Whoopie Pies

Preheat oven to 375. Cream shortening and sugar. Mix in egg, milk, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet, flatten with the bottom of a glass and and bake for 8 minutes. Cool and put filling between cakes. Makes 3 dozen pies. Recipe By :
