Mustard-Crusted Pork Chops Ingredients

4 Pork chops 1 tb Fresh thyme; chopped
2 tb Olive oil 1 c Fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste Dijon mustard to taste
1 tb Fresh rosemary; chopped

Instructions for Mustard-Crusted Pork Chops

Add fresh herbs to breadcrumbs. Apply a generous amount of mustard and breadcrumbs to one side of the pork chops. Saute in olive oil, then add salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Continue to cook pork chops by placing them in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. Yields 2 to 4 servings.
