(preferably whole grain) Mustard
OR individual hero rolls Soy mayonnaise
Soy deli slices and/or Sandwich pickle slices
; "bacon" SUGGESTED ACCOMPANIMENTS
Grilled vegetables; (from Packaged cole slaw mix
Thinly sliced tomatoes Dressed in a natural
Thinly sliced bell pepper Prepared potato or pasta
Thinly sliced Provolone or ; section
; cheese Corn-on-the-cob

Instructions for My Hero

Strategy: While soy "bacon" is cooking, place other ingredients in bowls or on platters and arrange on table so everyone can assemble their own heroes. Serve your favorite accompaniments alongside.
