New Potatoes with Thyme Ingredients
2 tb
Butter
3 tb Chopped fresh
thyme
2 tb
Olive oil
1 tb Minced
garlic
2 1/2 lb Red
potato
es; sliced
1 1/2 c
Chicken broth
Instructions for New Potatoes with Thyme
Melt butter with olive oil in large heavy skillet. Add potatoes, thyme and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally. Add more broth, if necessary. Yield: 6 servings. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
