Mashed Sweet Potatoes And Carrots Ingredients

Sweet potato
es; peeled,

Butter
4 lg
Carrot
s; peeled, sliced
Salt
; to taste

Garlic
cloves; peeled
Freshly-ground black
pepper

1/4 c Whipping
cream
Instructions for Mashed Sweet Potatoes And Carrots
Cook potatoes, carrots and garlic in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender. Drain; return to same pot. Mash with potato masher. Add cream and butter and mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe yields 6 servings.
