Merguez And Dried Currant Couscous Salad Ingredients

1 1/2 c Water 6 Merguez sausages
1 Box couscous; (about 1 1/2 3/4 c Dried currants
; (10-ounce) 1/4 c Store bought lemon herb

Instructions for Merguez And Dried Currant Couscous Salad

Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the sausages in a pan.
