Mexican Sausage Tacos Ingredients

400 g Walls Pork Sausages; (1	1 Jar pre-made Mexican relish
6 Taco shells	; sauce
1/2 Iceberg lettuce; shredded	TO SERVE
1/2 Red pepper; seeded and cut	Cheddar cheese; grated
; strips

Instructions for Mexican Sausage Tacos

Grill sausages for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Warm tacos shells and Mexican relish/sauce in accordance with pack instructions. Place a layer of lettuce and pepper in the bottom of the shell. Add the sausage whole, spoon over a little relish/sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with extra salad and sour cream.
