Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200 ?C/400 F. 2. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes. 3. Add the spices and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add the lamb and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add the tomatoes and courgettes and season. 6. Simmer for 10 minutes. 7. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, according to the packet instructions. 8. Drain. 9. Mix the pasta with the meat mixture and transfer to a 1.2 litre (2 pint) greased ovenproof dish. 10. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan. 11. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 12. Brown under a hot grill for 2-3 minuets before serving. NOTES : A delicious Eastern pasta dish.
